- Desired number of bedrooms and preferred neighborhood or geographic area
- Information about pets
- Apartment preferences or other information you voluntarily provide
The website may also generate basic technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, request time and server logs, as part of hosting, spam prevention and website security.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, payment-card information, medical information or other highly sensitive information through the website.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry; communicate with you about your housing search; research apartment options that may match your preferences; provide apartment-locating and related real estate services; protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Submitting a form does not guarantee apartment availability, pricing, qualification or approval.
4. How information is transmitted and stored
Form submissions are transmitted through the website’s hosting infrastructure and Resend, our email-delivery provider, and are delivered to Zach Eaves’s Gmail account.
The website does not currently maintain a separate customer or lead database. Copies of submitted information may remain in email accounts, delivery logs, security logs or service-provider systems. Resend states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries, including:
- OpenAI, which provides ChatGPT Sites hosting and related website infrastructure
- Resend, which processes and delivers form-notification emails
- Google, which provides Gmail services used to receive and retain inquiries and Google Ads measurement services

We use the Google Ads tag to measure website visits and the performance of advertising campaigns. You may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccurate contact information, request deletion subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations, or ask us to stop contacting you. Submit requests to zacheaves@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Children’s information
This website is intended for adults seeking housing and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
